As part of the City Operations organization, this team focuses on improving engagement and retention for Drivers and Passengers, while ensuring a reliable and efficient marketplace experience within the app.
As a Marketplace Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives and generate valuable insights into the ride-hailing business. You will analyze user behavior, pricing dynamics, marketplace performance, and competitive trends to help shape strategies that improve both business results and user experience.

Support strategies to improve driver and passenger engagement, loyalty, and retention.
Contribute to initiatives that improve marketplace balance and operational efficiency.
Analyze data to identify trends in user behavior, marketplace performance, and competition.
Help improve key operational metrics through data-driven insights and scalable solutions.
Work closely with teams such as Marketing, Product, and User Research to enhance the overall user experience.
Participate in cross-functional projects that drive business growth and operational excellence.
You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are proficient in Excel and SQL.
Knowledge of Python and/or R is a plus.
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different teams.
You are curious, hands-on, and motivated by the opportunity to make an impact.
