Team Overview

Joining as an intern in the ROM Planning team means contributing to one of the most strategic areas of the business: planning how resources are allocated to support sustainable growth and strong marketplace performance across the region. This team plays a key role in connecting financial planning, marketplace analysis, and cross-functional decision-making to ensure the business is investing in the right priorities.


As a ROM Planning Intern, you will support budget forecasting, marketplace analysis, and portfolio planning across the region. You will work closely with stakeholders across Growth, Marketing, Marketplace, and Pricing to help align business priorities, understand regional P&L performance, and inform budget allocation decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how strategic planning drives business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

Support the forecasting and planning of budget periods for the region.


Analyze marketplace performance and key business trends to generate actionable insights.


Assist in aligning stakeholders across teams such as Growth, Marketing, Marketplace, and Pricing around planning priorities and business needs.


Help understand the region’s P&L structure and support budget allocation across the portfolio.


Contribute to planning processes by organizing data, tracking key metrics, and identifying risks or opportunities.


Prepare analyses and materials that support decision-making and resource allocation.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure planning assumptions are aligned with business goals.

Role Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Proficiency in Excel is required.


Knowledge of SQL is a plus.


Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.


Comfort working with data and translating it into clear business insights.


Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
