The Commercial Effectiveness it's a team dedicated to show insights and efficiencies to the commercial team with the main purpose to work closely with them in projects and initiatives that helps with commercial performance and routines.
The perfect candidate will:
Support commercial efficiency projects through data analysis and structured insights that help improve decision-making.
Assist in analyzing commercial performance and operational metrics using data.
Create and modify basic SQL queries to extract insights from existing databases and dashboards.
Support projects focused on improving internal commercial tools (CRM and commercial app) by translating commercial needs into clear data or product requirements.
Help structure, document, and prioritize commercial inputs for product improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with business needs in order to get the best possible outcome.
Use AI tools to support analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and explore process optimization opportunities.
Prepare clear summaries, presentations, or documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Systems, or related fields.
Must have at least one year remaining before graduation.
Strong interest in data analysis, commercial strategy, and process optimization.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with Python is a plus.
Comfortable working with data (spreadsheets, databases, basic analysis).
Fluent English as a working language.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Organized, target-oriented, and proactive.
Curious, creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
