Team Overview

As a Procurement & Logistics Intern at DiDi, you will support end-to-end procurement and logistics processes that keep our mobility operations running smoothly across cities, as well as giving administrative support for vendor management. You will join the Logistic team of a new venture in Didi: Bolton Motors, wich is a Motorcycle trading company.

Role Responsibilities


  • Managing suppliers registration process.

  • Managing and updating vendors database.

  • Following up about supplier payments.

  • Doing basic material requests and quotations.

  • Support in the creation of administrative reports.

  • Following up payments - creatiing and updating relevant databases.

  • Giving general administrative support to Logistic department.

Role Qualifications


  • Student at bachelor level of business administration, economics, industrial relations, or a related field.

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Highly organized person, with abilitie to show information on a clear and understandable manner.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers across cultural contexts.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy in transactional tasks such as PO processing, invoice matching, and inventory reconciliations to minimize errors and financial discrepancies.

  • Self-motivated and collaborative attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities during city launches or seasonal demand peaks.

  • Basic knowledge of logistics operations, import/export procedures, and local regulations is advantageous and helps reduce lead-time and compliance risks.
