Team Overview

Are you an analytical powerhouse who thrives on independence and isn't afraid to challenge the numbers in the room? As a Performance Sr. Analyst at DiDi Food, you'll be the single source of truth for the Growth & User Lifecycle team — the independent measurement layer that keeps a 5M+ MAU, 4-country operation honest.

You'll work directly with the Growth & User Lifecycle Head, owning the full KPI tree across Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Costa Rica — tracking cohort health, incentive ROI, and A/B test velocity across three lifecycle pods. Unlike most analytics roles that serve a single team, this seat sits above the pods: you report to the Director, your agenda is set by what the business needs to know, and your output shapes how the team prioritizes and invests.

This is your chance to develop a rare cross-functional view of growth — funnel, country, incentive, and supply dynamics all in one seat — and to directly influence how a high-frequency food delivery platform grows across four LATAM markets.

Role Responsibilities

  • Owning the weekly WBR deck independently — produced from raw data, not compiled from pod slides — ensuring the Director walks in informed, not surprised

  • Maintaining the full lifecycle KPI tree: orders YoY, D7/D30 retention by country, O1–O4 conversion rate, membership attach rate, and LTV

  • Building and running the incentive ROI model across all lifecycle stages and all four markets — tracking cost per incremental order and flagging spend efficiency issues before they become budget overruns

  • Managing the A/B test registry: what's running, what's concluded, what won — validating test design before launch and reporting win rates to the Director monthly

  • Owning the cross-team data feed from Supply and Selection pods — weekly coverage ratios, ETA benchmarks, selection breadth — and applying supply-adjusted diagnosis to every lifecycle metric movement

Role Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL — you write complex multi-table queries, cohort funnels, and retention curves independently

  • Knowledge in Python or R for cohort modeling, attribution analysis, and incentive ROI modeling

  • Experience owning a KPI tree or business performance dashboard end-to-end — not just contributing to one

  • A track record of presenting data that challenges the room — you don't soften findings to avoid conflict

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose root cause, not just report movement

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Nice-to-Haves:

  • 3–5 years in analytics, growth analytics, or BI in a tech, marketplace, or consumer app environment

  • Familiarity with A/B test design — segmentation, sample sizing, statistical significance

  • Experience with incentive economics or promotion ROI modeling

  • Experience working in a matrix org or multi-country team structure

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
