Team Overview

Our Design Hub operates at scale, supporting multiple countries and high-volume creative needs across Latin America. To make this possible, strong systems, efficient workflows, and clear user journeys are essential.


We’re looking for a Design Intern (UX/UI & Systems) who is curious about how design works beyond visuals — someone interested in building structure, improving processes, and thinking in systems.


This role is less about creating campaign visuals and more about understanding how design components, flows, and tools come together to create seamless and scalable experiences.


You’ll work closely with designers to support the evolution of our design systems, improve daily workflows, and explore how tools — including AI — can help us move faster and smarter.

Role Responsibilities


  • Supporting the creation and organization of design systems and components in Figma

  • Helping structure and maintain libraries, templates, and reusable assets

  • Assisting in the optimization of design workflows and daily processes

  • Collaborating with designers to ensure consistency across UX/UI patterns and components

  • Contributing to the improvement of user flows and internal design logic

  • Exploring how AI tools can enhance design efficiency and production

  • Learning how to design for scalability, clarity, and efficiency within a product ecosystem

Role Qualifications


  • You are currently studying Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field, with a portfolio that shows structured thinking and attention to detail

  • Strong knowledge of Figma (components, auto layout, libraries)

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles, user flows, and digital product logic

  • Interest in design systems, scalability, and process optimization

  • Curiosity about how AI can support design workflows and efficiency

  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken)

  • A structured mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn fast
