Team Overview

Our Design Hub shapes how millions of users experience Food and Rides across Latin America — not only through visuals, but through the words that guide every interaction.


We’re looking for a UX Writing Intern who is curious about how language influences user behavior and experience. This role goes beyond writing — it’s about understanding journeys, communication logic, and how the right message at the right moment can make a real difference.


You’ll work closely with designers and creatives to support in-app communication, contribute to messaging decisions, and help ensure that every word adds clarity, consistency, and value to the user experience.

Role Responsibilities


  • Supporting the creation of in-app copies and microcopy aligned with user journeys

  • Collaborating with designers to ensure messages are clear, consistent, and user-centered

  • Contributing ideas and feedback to communication plans and campaigns from a UX writing perspective

  • Helping structure and refine messaging across different touchpoints in the app

  • Learning how to balance creativity and clarity in product communication

  • Analyzing flows and identifying opportunities to improve how we communicate with users

Role Qualifications


  • You are currently studying Communication, Advertising, Design, or a related field, with a portfolio or examples that show your writing skills

  • Basic understanding of UX writing, user journeys, and digital product communication

  • Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail

  • A natural ability to think about how users read, understand, and interact with messages

  • Interest in both creative writing and structured, functional communication

  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken)

  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong willingness to learn and contribute
