Team Overview

At DiDi Food, we’re looking for someone who can elevate the Commercial team’s communication and culture to the next level.

Role Responsibilities

You will work closely with teams such as Commercial, CE, Sales Ops, HR, and Strategy, acting as a key enabler of business performance through communication and culture.

Role Qualifications


  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Industrial Design, or related fields.

  • Experience in internal communications, marketing, or organizational culture.

  • Experience in planning and executing large-scale events.

  • Advanced English (required).
