99Abastece is a breakthrough product designed to deliver smart, sustainable solutions that improve the daily lives of drivers. As part of an agile and fast-paced environment, we are looking for a proactive, data-driven professional to support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and performance tracking.
In this role, you will be working closely with the Fuel Ops team to support the expansion of the fuel marketplace across new cities, ensuring strong initial performance and identifying opportunities to scale. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to think critically and independently.
• Support the launch and expansion of new cities, ensuring operational readiness across key dimensions such as supply, pricing, and communication;
• Monitor the performance of newly launched cities, identifying early trends, risks, and quick-win opportunities in the first weeks post-launch;
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to ensure strong initial traction and growth;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply, and Pricing) to ensure successful execution of city launches;
• Identify and propose experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and early retention of drivers in new cities;
• Support marketplace operations during launch periods, helping to manage and resolve critical issues.
Additionally, you will:
• Analyze driver behavior to identify pain points and recommend improvements in the refueling journey;
• Support the development of incentive strategies to improve marketplace balance;
• Map, document, and optimize operational processes across the team;
• Leverage data (internal and external) to understand pricing positioning across different cities and products;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on broader marketplace initiatives;
• Support ongoing marketplace operations, helping to address day-to-day challenges involving drivers and partner gas stations.
