Team Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research and Insights Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and governance of research initiatives and data analysis. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, generate insights, and deliver actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making.

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for:




  • Lead complex analyses by integrating multiple data sources to diagnose business challenges and identify opportunities




  • Translate research findings and data analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business growth




  • Design and execute learning agendas to address key business questions, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods with first-party data




  • Transform unstructured data into meaningful and actionable insights




  • Promote a user-centric mindset in product development, simplifying complex problems into intuitive and effective solutions




  • Manage and support research projects involving cross-functional, international, and external stakeholders




  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by:




    • Promoting an analytics mindset across teams




    • Advocating for the use of insights in strategic decisions






  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and rigor of data and research outputs




  • Build strong relationships with analytics and research vendors to explore new methodologies and analytical approaches for solving business challenges

  • Active Listening: Practices attentive and empathetic listening; accurately understands and articulates others’ perspectives, even when disagreeing




  • Creativity: Generates original ideas and connects seemingly unrelated concepts; adds value in brainstorming and ideation processes




  • Attention to Detail: Ensures high-quality outputs by thoroughly reviewing all aspects of work, maintaining accuracy and consistency over time




 




 


Qualifications




  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint




  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python




  • Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)




  • Extensive knowledge of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)




  • Foundation in statistics, including key concepts and methodologies




  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Business Intelligence, or Analytics (experience in digital companies is a plus)




  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in complex, fast-paced environments
