#LI-HybridWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research and Insights Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and governance of research initiatives and data analysis. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, generate insights, and deliver actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making.
Responsible for:
Lead complex analyses by integrating multiple data sources to diagnose business challenges and identify opportunities
Translate research findings and data analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business growth
Design and execute learning agendas to address key business questions, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods with first-party data
Transform unstructured data into meaningful and actionable insights
Promote a user-centric mindset in product development, simplifying complex problems into intuitive and effective solutions
Manage and support research projects involving cross-functional, international, and external stakeholders
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by:
Promoting an analytics mindset across teams
Advocating for the use of insights in strategic decisions
Ensure the quality, reliability, and rigor of data and research outputs
Build strong relationships with analytics and research vendors to explore new methodologies and analytical approaches for solving business challenges
Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders; consistently acts with the customer in mind
Business Acumen: Strong experience working with cross-functional teams; ability to understand complex business problems; excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to executive audiences
Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with the ability to identify patterns and trends; capable of generating innovative solutions; detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Attention to Detail: Ensures high-quality outputs by thoroughly reviewing all aspects of work, maintaining accuracy and consistency over time
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
Extensive knowledge of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
Foundation in statistics, including key concepts and methodologies
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Business Intelligence, or Analytics (experience in digital companies is a plus)
Ability to adapt to change and thrive in complex, fast-paced environments
