Team Overview

As part of the Didi Food Finance team, you will be joining a fast-paced, data-driven environment at the heart of one of the world’s leading mobility and delivery platforms. Our team acts as the strategic bridge between finance and operations, providing the insights necessary to drive growth and efficiency. This internship is designed for a proactive individual who wants to see how financial decisions impact a real-world, high-frequency business. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you will be an integral part of how we measure success and plan for the future.

Role Responsibilities

You will provide essential support in the daily tracking and controlling of our business operations. Your main focus will be assisting the team in keeping our financial dashboards up to date and ensuring that our business metrics are tracked accurately. You will help us organize financial data, prepare routine reports, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). This is a hands-on role where you will learn how to maintain financial discipline and support the business-sharing process from the ground up.

Role Qualifications

We are looking for a "data native" who feels right at home navigating complex datasets. You possess advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to build structured, efficient, and scalable models. Beyond just technical skills, you have a proven knack for handling high volumes of data without losing sight of the "why" behind the numbers. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and curiosity to understand the levers of the food delivery industry make you a perfect fit for our team.
