Team Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Sr. Analyst to support the execution and optimization of social media efforts for our financial products, including cash loans and credit cards.


This role offers strong exposure to full-funnel social media strategy, performance marketing, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-growth fintech environment. It will focus on monitoring performance, generating insights, supporting campaign execution, and coordinating with external agencies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of social media initiatives. You will work closely with the Manager to execute and optimize existing strategies and ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals.


The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, understands platform dynamics, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Role Responsibilities

1. Execution & Agency Coordination


  • Support the execution of organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for external agencies (social media/content and paid media), ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

  • Coordinate with agencies to track progress, follow up on deliverables, and ensure campaigns are executed correctly.

  • Work closely with the Manager to align execution with overall strategy and priorities.

  • Assist in managing content calendars, publishing schedules, and campaign tracking.

  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

  • Support in doing regular follow-ups and working sessions with agencies and internal stakeholders (Operations, Brand, Field Marketing) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of campaigns.

  • Support the execution, follow-up, and optimization of paid social campaigns in collaboration with the paid media agency, with a focus on follower growth, awareness, and engagement.

  • Monitor and support initiatives aimed at increasing followers and improving audience quality across platforms.

  • End-to-end coordination and execution of social media dynamics such as giveaways and engagement initiatives, including setup, tracking, winner selection, and prize fulfillment.


2. Performance & Insights


  • Support the development, consolidation, and presentation of performance reports and dashboards in collaboration with agencies and the Manager, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and clear, actionable insights.

  • Track, monitor, and analyze performance of social media content and campaigns (organic and paid), working closely with agencies to consolidate data and ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.

  • Support the review and interpretation of campaign performance in collaboration with the Manager, identifying key insights and areas of opportunity.

  • Proactively propose optimizations and improvements based on performance data and campaign results.

  • Monitor and understand analytics platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and social listening tools like Brandwatch to ensure proper tracking and insights generation.

  • Assist in social listening analysis to identify trends, audience sentiment, and opportunities.


3. Content & Optimization


  • Collaborate with agencies to ensure content is optimized based on performance insights and platform best practices.

  • Identify top-performing content and recommend improvements or iterations.

  • Stay up to date with platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes to inform content optimization.

  • Collaborate with agencies to align paid and organic efforts, ensuring learnings from performance campaigns inform content optimization.


4. Influencer & Campaign Support


  • Support the execution of influencer campaigns in collaboration with Branding teams and agencies.

  • Support in amplifying branding initiatives and key product messages through social-first adaptations of campaigns.

  • Assist in evaluating campaign results and identifying optimization opportunities.


5. Cross-functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with Operations, Brand, Field Marketing, Product, Legal, and CX teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with business priorities, brand values, broader marketing campaigns and compliance standards.

  • Provide regular updates on performance, execution status, and key learnings to the Manager, the Marketing Director, and relevant stakeholders.

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  •  2 - 5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or analytics roles.

  • Experience working with external agencies (social media, creative, and paid media).

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and performance metrics.

  • Experience with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Brandwatch, or similar platforms.

  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external).

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

  • Experience working with influencers and branded content partnerships is a plus.

  • Attention to detail, strong content understanding, and project management skills.

  • Familiarity with legal/compliance constraints in the financial sector.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to change with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
