#LI-HybridPlay a leading role in driving revenue growth and profitability by interpreting market trends and competitor pricing strategies. This role involves owning the development and implementation of pricing models, strategies, and recommendations that align with the company's goals and market positioning. Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, categories, and product, to ensure pricing decisions are strategically sound and commercially impactful.
Lead the analysis of market data, trends, and customer behavior to drive pricing decisions. Proactively monitor changes in market conditions and pivot pricing strategies accordingly.
Develop and optimize complex pricing models that incorporate various variables such as demand/supply elasticity, customer segmentation, and market trends.
Continuously review and re-architect pricing structures to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with changing market dynamics.
Utilize statistical tools and data analysis techniques to extract strategic insights from large datasets. Present findings to leadership and drive recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Own regular reporting and presentations to communicate pricing performance and trends to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
Identify and execute opportunities to streamline pricing processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve efficiency in pricing-related tasks.
Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. You will be expected to model this balance for the broader team.

2-3+ years’ experience in ride-sharing, food delivery, Strategy Consulting, or other professional services with a proven track record of owning business decisions through data.
Expertise in data-based decision-making, exercising strong judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively leading communication across a diverse team.
Advanced Excel skills are a must; proficiency in SQL or other database tools is highly preferred. Comfortable mastering and implementing new software tools.
Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and a strong owner of tasks and end-to-end solutions.
Advanced problem-solving skills - the ability to break down ambiguous problems, apply structure, and use data-driven insights to solve them.
ClearCommunicator - you are clear and concise with the ability to synthesize high volumes of information quickly and highlight the key strategic insights for leadership.
