#LI-HybridWe are seeking a KA Integration Specialist to join our Key Account Support team, focused on enabling and maintaining seamless integrations for strategic partners. This role is critical in ensuring that key accounts can successfully onboard, operate, and scale within our platform through effective coordination between technical and business stakeholders.
KA Integration Specialist will collaborate closely with Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Strategy teams to deliver high-quality integration support, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement in partner performance. This position offers strong exposure to cross-functional work and serves as a solid foundation for career growth within operations, integrations, or account management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Fluency in English (business level required).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities in operational or technical environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Technical background or coding knowledge.
Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Experience working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
