Team Profile / Role Description



  • Develop and lead marketing strategy and annual plans grounded in business priorities, user needs and growth opportunities.

Role Responsibilities


  • Own the end-to-end development of growth-driving marketing strategies and translate them into concrete business impact.

  • Lead major 360 campaigns and go-to-market initiatives from strategy to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges, influence priorities and accelerate decisions.

  • Turn brand and user insights into actions that improve preference, demand and market competitiveness.

  • Apply AI, experimentation and innovation tools to increase marketing effectiveness and scale smarter ways of working.

  • Drive high-impact projects across markets, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand growth.

  • Raise the bar on team performance by building strong operating rhythms, fostering collaboration and developing talent.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership, bringing clear recommendations rooted in data, creativity and business judgment.
