#LI-HybridYou’ll join the Digital Communications team in São Paulo, working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and execution quality matters. This role is for someone who is highly organized, proactive and resourceful, with strong creative instincts and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at once. A big part of our work involves reading what’s happening in online communities and social spaces, understanding sentiment and narratives, and turning that into smart communication moves and engagement approaches. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and help keep our operating rhythm strong, ensuring we deliver with speed, clarity and quality.
Organizing and driving execution: bring structure by managing multiple parallel workstreams, timelines and dependencies, ensuring clear next steps and follow-through.
Reading communities and shaping engagement: stay close to social and community conversations, identify patterns and opportunities early, and help shape engagement approaches that fit the context, tone and audience.
Partnering proactively with stakeholders: act as a go-to partner for cross-functional teams, anticipating needs, pushing things forward, and following up until decisions and deliverables land.
Maintaining a strong operating rhythm: Build and maintain simple routines that help the work run consistently, with clear documentation and ownership.
Contributing creative communication thinking: support narrative and format choices with strong creative instincts and good judgment, making sure what we do resonates in social environments.
