The Vehicle Solutions and B2B team is key in ensuring DiDi’s continued expansion through ANZ by focusing on bringing additional supply and demand into the platform through the development of partnerships, strategies around acquisition, conversion and retention. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and data analytics — you will use rigorous analysis to identify growth levers, evaluate partnership economics, and provide the insights that guide commercial decisions across the fleet business.
Whether building financial models for new partnerships, uncovering operational efficiencies, or presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, you will consistently pursue scalable, data-backed solutions that directly fuel DiDi’s growth in ANZ!
Responsibilities
● Conduct in-depth analysis of fleet partnership performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify commercial opportunities and inform strategic decisions
● Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that track key metrics across fleet acquisition, conversion, and retention
● Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to commercial teams and senior leadership
● Support the negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements by providing data-driven commercial assessments and scenario analyses
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to drive initiatives that improve unit economics and partnership ROI
● Stay informed about automotive industry trends and proactively surface opportunities for expansion within existing and prospective partnerships
● Balance attention to detail with swift execution: We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.
● Create a fun, inclusive, and safe work culture: Demonstrating dedication and commitment to the team’s goals and objectives, investing time and effort to achieve shared success, and contributing to a positive team culture
● Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative disciplines; fluency in both English and Mandarin
● 2+ years of experience in management consulting, Big 4 advisory, or similar analytical roles; automotive or mobility industry exposure is a plus
● Strong data analytics capability — proficient in SQL and Excel; able to independently extract insights from complex datasets to support business decisions
● Demonstrated ability to recognize commercial opportunities, negotiate agreements, and contribute to revenue growth through data-driven strategies
● Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional commercial teams
● Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality; proactive in identifying problems and driving solutions end-to-end in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
● Desirable professional experience within the automotive industry in commercial roles, showcasing skills in recognizing opportunities, negotiating agreements, and driving revenue growth
