#LI-HybridAs a member in Search & Recommendation, you will optimize the "User Discovery Journey" for our food delivery platform in Brazil. You will bridge the gap between user intent and merchant offerings, ensuring our algorithms provide the most relevant, high-converting experience from landing to checkout.
User Journey Optimization: Analyze the full funnel—from search queries and filters to recommendation feeds—identifying friction points and optimizing the conversion path.
Content & Tagging Strategy: Manage the merchant/product tagging system and metadata quality to ensure the algorithm delivers locally relevant and high-quality results.
Algorithm & Strategy Synergy: Translate Brazilian market nuances into actionable requirements for Product and Algorithm teams to refine ranking, recall, and personalization logic.
Performance & Insights: Define and monitor KPIs for Search & Recommendation efficiency. Conduct A/B testing and competitive analysis to maintain a market-leading discovery experience.
Experience: 3–5 years in Product/Strategy Operations within a major internet platform
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Search & Recommendation logic (Recall, Ranking, and Feature Engineering).
Data Driven: Strong analytical skills; able to extract actionable insights from complex user behavioral data.
Profile: Grow up in Brazil with deep local consumer insight. Cross-border/Multinational company experience is highly preferred.
Language: Native Portuguese and professional English proficiency.
