As a Marketing Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for courier item retention and the full CRM lifecycle strategy, connecting different 2W categories to strengthen engagement, retention, and cross-category adoption nationwide, with a focus on 99Food and 99Compras.
In this role you will be...
Leading lifecycle CRM strategies and communications plan to increase courier retention, recurrence, and long-term engagement across multiple categories.
Developing behavioral journeys and segmented campaigns to drive frequency, reactivation, and cross-category adoption.
Lead item retention initiatives, including bags, jackets, and reward-based engagement mechanics.
Tracking retention, churn, engagement, and lifecycle performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize supply 99food & 99Compras health.
Partnering with Product, CRM, Ops, and regional teams to create integrated courier communication plan
Coordinating loyalty initiatives, gamification mechanics, and reward systems to strengthen habit creation and courier preference for 99.
Ensuring lifecycle communication consistency across channels, maintaining a strong and cohesive courier experience nationwide.
Create report and analysis - data driven oriented - for g
2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM, communication plan strategy and execution
Experience with stakeholders relationship (operations team support, product or regional marketing)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activations at once.
Experience contributing to initiatives that drive measurable outcomes at the local or national level.
Attention to detail and passion for hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate with Operational, Product and creative teams mainly effectively.
Comfortable with reporting tools and performance tracking.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to track lifecycle, churn, and engagement performance metrics.
Experience supporting integrated communication strategies and cross-functional engagement plans across multiple channels
