Team Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Information Security Associate to join our Global InfoSec team in Mexico. This role focuses on ensuring data security compliance and risk remedation within our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) operations. You will be responsible for implementing BPO security governance, workplace(site) security check, personnel access control and indentity management and ensuring that our BPO partners adhere to our security standards.

Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


  • BPO Security Governance:


    • Conduct security risk assessments during the onboarding/accession of BPO vendors to ensure compliance with corporate standards.

    • Perform comprehensive security audits and data clearing checks during the offboarding/termination process to prevent data leakage.


  • Workplace Environment security check & Risk Remediation:


    • Execute regular Information Security Check on-site at BPO operations (Physical/Network/PC security check).

    • Drive the enhancement of internal and external security capabilities and oversee the remediation of identified risks and vulnerabilities.


  • Personnel Access Control & Identity Management:


    • Oversee the management of account and permissions for BPO staff.

    • Monitor and take operational action against abnormal user behaviors or security policy violations.


  • Identity Management:


    • Provide support to users regarding infosec related issues.

    • Respond to security incidents and take appropriate action.


  • Project Management:


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infosec related projects.

    • Assist in the planning and implementation of infosec platform‘s enhancements and upgrades.

    • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


Role Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2+ year(s) of experience in IT security, risk management, or an operational role within a BPO/Call Center environment.

  • Technical Knowledge:


    • Basic understanding of IAM、Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools 、Firewalls、VPN and Endpoint Security.

    • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., Mexico’s LFPD, GDPR basics).

    • Strong understanding of security protocols, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.


  • Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
