Team Overview

We are looking for talented professionals to join our Governance Business Solution team!

We are looking for a Business Solution Product Specialist to be the tactical and operational cornerstone of our Service Governance Business Solution team. In this role, you will act as the right-hand to the Area Manager, taking full ownership of detailed feature alignments and cross-functional execution for our Delivery verticals (Food, Groceries and Entrega).



Role Responsibilities

Your main mission will be to optimize the courier ecosystem—balancing platform health, abuse prevention, and user experience. You will be the vital link between local business requirements in Brazil and our global Product and Engineering teams based in China, translating complex operational challenges into flawless product solutions.


Key Responsibilities




  • Global Product Liaison: Partner closely with product and engineering teams in China. Gather local insights, perform benchmarks, and translate complex business needs into detailed briefings and robust Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).




  • Feature & Rule Optimization: Own the tactical execution of features that ensuring platform compliance while protecting good couriers.




  • Operational Excellence: Map, build, and continuously refine detailed Playbooks, lead processes and product improvements.




  • Cross-functional Alignment: Lead daily tactical alignments with key local stakeholders, including Operations (Ops), Customer Experience (CX), Legal, and Marketing, to ensure seamless rollouts.




  • Product Quality & Benchmarking: Conduct continuous competitive analysis and market benchmarks to identify product gaps and propose features that elevate the courier lifecycle.



Role Qualifications

Required Qualifications




  • Professional Fluency in English (Mandatory): Fluent written and verbal communication skills. You must be fully capable of negotiating priorities, presenting technical briefings, and alignment with stakeholders in China.




  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented Mindset: Enjoy diving deep into app wording, edge cases, system bugs, and granular business rules.




  • Product/Business Analysis Experience: Proven track record of product solutions from requirement to final product valitadions. 




  • Stakeholder Management: Good communication skills to navigate a multicultural environment, manage distinct time zones, and align conflicting cross-functional priorities.




Nice to Have




  • Background in high-growth Tech companies (Food Delivery, Ride-Hailing, FinTech, or LogTech).




  • Experience in Product Operations, Risk/Fraud Management, Policy, or Technical Product Management.




  • Previous experience working directly with product/engineering teams.




  • Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a major plus.
