Team Overview

As a Junior Designer, you will support the Design Hub and the broader marketing team in bringing digital marketing campaigns to life. You will assist with the design of various creative assets, from in-app ecosystems to social media graphics, website elements, email templates, and advertisements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in fintech and develop their skills within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role Responsibilities

Develop visual materials for: 




  • In-app communication




  • CRM and newsletters




  • Landing pages and website assets




  • Field marketing materials




  • Social media adaptations




Field Marketing & Campaign Execution 




  • Support the design and implementation of field marketing campaigns and commercial activations.




  • Adapt creative materials to different formats and sizes depending on the channel or placement.




  • Participate in the execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and promotions.




  • Help organize and maintain templates, creative files, and campaign materials to facilitate scalability and fast execution.




3. AI & Creative Innovation




  • Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate creative processes, visual exploration, and content production.




  • Genuine interest in experimenting with and implementing new AI tools and workflows within the creative process.




  • Ability to identify opportunities where AI can improve design speed, quality, or scalability.




4. Collaboration & Creative Excellence




  • Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, agencies, and internal stakeholders.




  • Receive and implement feedback quickly and effectively, maintaining attention to detail.




  • Contribute to maintaining high creative standards across all deliverables.




  • Be a proactive, organized person with a desire to learn within a dynamic and fast-growing environment.



Role Qualifications



  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or related creative fields.




  • Basic/intermediate knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).




  • Interest in digital marketing, fintech, social media, and content creation.




  • Basic knowledge of or interest in creative AI tools.




  • Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.




  • Ability to adapt designs to different formats and channels.




  • Intermediate English is a plus




  • Plus / Nice to Have




    • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.




    • Experience in startups, fintech, or technology companies.




    • Familiarity with template systems or scalable design.




    • Basic knowledge of Figma (UX/UI)
