#LI-HybridThe Trade & GTM Activation role at 99Entrega will be responsible for transforming physical assets, local activations, and brand experiences into tools for conversion, relationship building, and growth.
More than simply executing campaigns or POS materials, this role will act as a bridge between commercial strategy, physical presence, and brand experience, ensuring that every offline interaction strengthens value perception, engagement, and conversion.
Your goal will be to transform Trade and GTM initiatives into scalable and meaningful experiences for partners and customers.
Development of Physical Materials & Experiences
Develop materials, activations, and physical experiences focused on improving product understanding, reducing friction, and increasing conversion.
Partnership & Campaign Activation
Ensure local execution of campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and promotional activations aligned with business priorities.
Trade & Relationship Assets Management
Create kits, materials, and physical assets designed to drive engagement, retention, and strengthen brand presence.
GTM Activation
Transform strategies and campaigns into scalable physical experiences, ensuring execution consistency and local presence.
Cross-functional Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product
Work cross-functionally to ensure product narratives and commercial initiatives are translated into relevant offline experiences.
A hybrid strategic and execution-oriented profile
You connect brand experience, conversion, and physical presence while ensuring high-quality execution on the ground.
A PMM & Growth mindset
You understand how physical assets and activations can drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Experience in Trade Marketing, GTM Activation, Brand Experience, or local campaigns
You have experience with POS materials, activations, campaign execution, and cross-functional project management.
Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus
Background in technology, logistics, retail, marketplaces, local campaign operations, or vendor management is a differential.
