#LI-HybridThe Admin & Facilities Intern is responsible for supporting the management of the Offices & Driver Centers in SSL Region (Speaking Spanish LatinAmerica Countries). Your role is to ensure the team creates and maintains a Safety & pleasant work environment ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and employee experience, communication, and security. Support the structuring and documentation of administrative duties and office procedures, assist office facilities projects execution, vendor management and related activities for the department.
Assist sending and receiving of internal communication.
Contribute in negotiations with vendors.
Support the process for developing sourcing excellence.
Collaborate with contracts & renewals for actual vendors.
Support on all sorts of office and administrative activities.
Create and keep updated Data Information related to department projects.
Support documenting and update of Facilities Department’s processes, procedures and policies.
Effectively liaise with other back office departments to ensure smooth operation of administrative activities.
Vendor Management, ensure compliance with actual vendors scope for Offices related
Provide creativeness and innovation solutions to Office Related activities
Studying Business, Administration, Hospitality or related subjects while 1.5 to 2 years out to be graduated.
Interest to learn about Facilities Management, Procurement and Office Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence others, with ability to create and maintain synergy with stakeholders.
