Your work will directly contribute to measurable increases in user activation rates, cost-per-acquisition improvement, and campaign ROI while helping the campaign strategy team scale targeted programs across DiDi’s large, multi-product ecosystem.

  • Support the planning and execution of cross-channel acquisition and retention campaigns (in-app, push, SMS, paid social), coordinating with product, operations, and creative teams to ensure timely launches and consistent messaging.

  • Build and maintain audience segmentation and targeting logic using customer and driver behavioral data to improve precision targeting and lift conversion rates by testing new segment strategies.

  • Develop A/B test plans and track results for creative, channel mix, and incentive structures, documenting learnings and recommending scalable changes to reduce CPA and increase LTV.

  • Prepare concise business-facing reports and presentation decks that translate campaign findings into actionable recommendations for regional managers and senior stakeholders.

  • Monitor campaign budget spend and pacing, flagging risks and proposing reallocation strategies to maximize ROI while ensuring compliance with local market guidelines.

  • Assist in local market research and competitive benchmarking to adapt global campaign frameworks to regional behaviors and regulatory constraints, ensuring relevance and compliance.

Role Qualifications

  • Last years of bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Excel, SQL, or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) to manipulate datasets and derive actionable insights.

  • Proactive, collaborative attitude with experience working in cross-functional teams and the adaptability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership, able to manage campaign tracking, budget pacing, and documentation for multiple regional pilots concurrently.
