#LI-HybridThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and growth. This role focuses on organizational diagnostics, talent development, performance management, and cultural transformation to support the business's strategic direction and enhance overall organizational capability.
Gain in-depth understanding of business progress and workforce status, conduct organizational diagnostics aligned with strategic business direction, integrate internal resources, and deliver HR solutions.
Support the development of employees' professional skills and managers' leadership capabilities; assist in establishing and improving growth and development systems.
Participate in key HR projects within the business line, apply project management methodologies to drive and enhance HR effectiveness—including project initiation and research, solution planning and design, as well as coordination of implementation and execution oversight.
Continuously drive organizational structure optimization, ensure effective and efficient workforce allocation, and focus on the retention and development of core talent and key contributors.
Oversee goal management and performance appraisal to ensure ongoing communication and feedback.
Lead the implementation of corporate culture and values within the department, foster a positive organizational climate, energize the organization, and strengthen team cohesion.
