#LI-HybridBeing part of the Marketplace team puts you at the heart of DiDi’s users and partners. As part of the marketplace team, you will be responsible for bringing initiatives to balance supply and demand, improve passengers and driver retention and as well as pursue efficiency of our engagement activities.
More specifically, the position will be responsible for building deep insights and understanding of the marketplace from a passenger and driver perspective, and bring solutions to those insights and opportunities.
The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, data driven solutions, prioritization capabilities and project management skills. The role will demonstrate leadership in multi-skills projects and initiatives.

Collaborating with several supporting areas like marketing, product, customer experience and user research to place the user’s experience at the core of our decision making
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.
Data Driven person, focused on results and with analytical skills.
Excel (Mid/Advanced), SQL (Basic/Mid), Python (Nice to Have)
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Ability to learn new things.
