Team Overview

Professional responsible for leading new projects end-to-end, from market research and development plan structuring to implementation, tracking results, and executive communication. Acts analytically and autonomously, serving as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring schedule compliance and project feasibility, and producing strategic deliverables mostly in English.




  • Conduct market research to support the conception and prioritization of new projects.




  • Draft project development plans using structuring tools such as Gantt charts, timelines, and roadmaps.




  • Perform end-to-end management of schedules, deadlines, and dependencies across deliverables.




  • Manage stakeholders by aligning expectations, communicating progress, and managing risks.




  • Prepare and lead executive presentations, translating data into clear recommendations and next steps.




  • Conduct cost analyses and develop business cases to support investment decisions.




  • Assess project feasibility (technical, financial, and operational).




  • Produce playbooks and detailed project documentation in English.




  • Build tools and dashboards to monitor progress and measure results.



Role Responsibilities

Lead Growth Strategies: Perform advanced analyses to identify key growth levers and take full ownership of high-impact projects.


Turn Data & Field Experience into Action: Generate actionable insights from data, research, and frequent field visits, directly connecting real-world scenarios with strategic business decisions.


Build Business Cases: Develop robust models and track the performance of new programs to guarantee long-term scalability.


Mentor & Lead: Scale our team’s excellence by guiding junior analysts and sharing best practices across the board.

Role Qualifications

Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree or above, coupled with proven experience in project management and/or strategic planning. Previous experience with marketplace and logistics processes will be considered a major advantage.


Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (verbal and written).


Analytical & Data Skills: Excellent logical and structured thinking abilities. A data-driven mindset with proven data analysis skills. Knowledge of financial analysis and building business cases.
