#LI-HybridThe Driver Platform team drives DiDi's growth across Spanish-speaking LATAM by building and strengthening the value proposition for drivers. Our focus is long-term retention: over the past few years, we've developed a loyalty level system centered on core driver benefits — and we're now expanding it.
We're looking for someone to help grow our partnerships network by sourcing, launching, and managing benefits that genuinely matter to drivers. This is not a hunting or sales role. We're looking for a strong executor with a systems mindset — someone who uses data to identify opportunities, manages complexity across teams, and builds partnerships that last.
Research & Insights
Conduct market research to understand driver needs, preferences, and pain points.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify the most valuable benefits for drivers.
Build reports, dashboards, and presentations with clear, actionable recommendations.
Partner Identification & Prioritization
Identify and prioritize potential partners whose offerings are most relevant to driver needs.
Research target companies and map key decision-makers and entry points.
Program Execution & Launch
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Legal, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Tech.
Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
Own the end-to-end implementation and launch of new partnerships and benefits.
Performance & Optimization
Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop regular business reviews and partnership performance reports.
Generate insights and recommendations to increase driver engagement and program impact.
4–6 years of experience in partnerships, growth operations, commercial operations, or strategy — ideally in tech, mobility, or marketplace environments.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data: Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools.
Ability to synthesize data and communicate insights clearly through presentations and reports.
Strong project management skills — you can juggle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.
Excellent stakeholder management: you follow through, align cross-functional teams, and keep things moving.
A driver-first mindset: you're willing to get close to users — through surveys, interviews, or field visits — to truly understand what benefits matter.
Experience in consulting, business development, or strategy is a plus.
