#LI-HybridSupport the planning and day-to-day coordination of Passenger Marketing initiatives across Mexico and Colombia, including campaigns, communication plans, local marketing efforts, influencer collaborations, and selected initiatives designed to improve the user experience and support business growth.
Working closely with the Marketing Analyst and Senior Marketing Manager, gather relevant inputs and help translate approved business needs into clear marketing briefs and structured requests, helping connect business, creative, operational, legal, and other partner teams.
Coordinate assigned projects from brief through launch by keeping project plans up to date, aligning stakeholders, consolidating feedback, organizing reviews and approvals, following up on pending actions, and flagging potential blockers or delays.
Provide local support for priority initiatives in Mexico and remote coordination for projects in Colombia, including gathering local context, coordinating materials or logistics, and supporting influencer research and profile selection when needed.
Support the administrative processes required to move marketing projects forward, including follow-up on purchase requests, invoices, and supporting documentation.
After launch, help collect and organize results and key learnings, and prepare clear reports, presentations, and status updates to support team discussions and future marketing decisions.
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Advanced working proficiency in English is required; C1 is preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts, as well as good working knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.
Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage different priorities, maintain accurate information, pay attention to detail, meet deadlines, and consistently follow through on assigned tasks.
Comfortable organizing and reviewing information and data, identifying relevant patterns, and communicating the main findings clearly.
A proactive, resourceful, creative, and collaborative approach to work, with the confidence to ask questions, look for solutions, take responsibility for assigned tasks, and seek support when needed.
Curiosity to understand how marketing contributes to the user experience and business growth, along with the ability to learn new digital tools and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience with project management or AI tools is a plus, but not required.
