We believe in technology that connects talented people who embrace diversity to create and share paths we don't even know about (yet!). We work to generate value not only for our users but, above all, for the communities we serve and for society as a whole, making every day better for everyone with mobility and delivery services (99) or digital payments (99Pay).

To make life easier for millions of people every day, since 2018, we have been part of DiDi DiDi Global Inc., the world’s leading mobility technology platform. We are pioneers in creating innovative solutions that start in Brazil and scale up to make a positive impact in more than 12 countries where DiDi operates. This innovation encompasses sustainability, safety, artificial intelligence, financial markets, and much more.

Whether building projects from scratch or improving our solutions, we enjoy challenges that give us butterflies, which is why we work at a fast pace with respect, collaboration, and good humor. Along this journey, we also draw strength from diverse experiences and opinions to grow together, fail quickly, learn, and adjust the course to create solutions that deliver even better results.

As a member of the Logistics Business Unit operations team, you’ll have a great opportunity to design and implement initiatives across all Brazil's market and continuously enhance customer online and offline experience thru our product, sales and operations teams. We’re looking for a Commercial Planning Senior Manager to define and lead the commercial planning strategy for our Logistics business, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy, customer lifecycle management, and sales performance framework, partnering closely with senior leadership to maximize commercial effectiveness through data-driven decision making. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, analytical excellence, and stakeholder influence to drive scalable business impact in a fast-paced environment.

If you’re ready to take on this challenge and drive real change, we’d love to meet you!

Role Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the long-term sales strategy across Key Accounts, Mid-Market, and SMB segments, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability, anticipating market trends and evolving business needs.

  • Own the end-to-end sales funnel performance, identifying bottlenecks, accelerating conversion, and improving commercial effectiveness through data-driven insights.

  • Lead commercial planning for the existing client base, maximizing revenue through pipeline management, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.

  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and strategic insights to support financial planning, executive business reviews, and key business decisions.

  • Design and scale commercial operating processes, CRM capabilities, performance dashboards, sales targets, and incentive campaigns, while embedding best practices through structured enablement programs.

  • Lead the commercial governance framework by defining and monitoring KPIs, enabling sales leadership with actionable insights, and driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and execution.

  • Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives with Product, Operations, and Finance leaders to scale commercial capabilities, optimize processes and systems, and drive operational excellence.

Role Qualifications

  • Sales & Commercial Planning Expertise:

    • Extensive experience in Commercial Planning, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, FP&A, or Strategy, preferably in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, last mile, or related industries.

    • Proven track record of defining commercial strategies, driving sustainable growth, and influencing business performance through data-driven decision making.

    • Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master's degree is a plus).

    Analytical & Technical Skills:

    • Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.

    • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL and BI tools; experience with Python or similar analytical languages is a plus.

    Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence:

    • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.

    • Proven ability to build alignment, drive organizational change, and lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

    Personal Attributes:

    • Strategic, hypothesis-driven mindset with a passion for solving complex business problems.

    • Strong business acumen, connecting analytical insights to commercial outcomes and long-term value creation.

    • Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to driving results.
