Team Overview

The Driver Lab is 99's innovation hub dedicated to enhancing the experience and viability of our partners' work. Within the Electric Vehicle (EV) team, our mission is to lead the transition toward sustainable mobility. You will join the EV Ecosystem area, which is responsible for the Brazilian Sustainable Mobility Alliance, founded by 99, as well as for designing and testing new business initiatives within the EV ecosystem.


Role Responsibilities


  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partner companies.


  • Automating Processes: Developing and maintaining automated reports to streamline data tracking and visibility.




  • Generating Insights: Analyzing complex datasets to extract strategic insights that will influence business decisions.




  • Presentation Crafting: Creating high-quality presentations to communicate results and project updates to leadership and key partners.



  • Event Coordination: Supporting the planning and execution of both internal and external events.


  • Managing Data: Extracting and consolidating key information regarding drivers and electric vehicle (EV) initiatives.




  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking key metrics across various initiatives to evaluate and drive success.



Role Qualifications



  • Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.




  • Language Skills: Advanced English (essential for collaborating and navigating documentation in a global company environment).




  • Technical Tools: High proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or equivalent office suites.




  • Analytical Mindset: A natural ability to solve complex problems using data, backed by a keen eye for detail.




  • Proactive & Curious Profile: A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to understand how systems work and how to continuously improve them.




  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication skills to convey ideas clearly and concisely, with ability to collaborate well with diverse teams and external partners.




  • Bonus Points (Differentials): Previous experience or knowledge in SQL or Python will be considered a plus.
