Team Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Planning Coordinator to lead strategic planning, sales performance management, city expansion, and operational excellence within 99 Abastece.


You will be responsible for translating business objectives into data-driven commercial plans, leading the end-to-end planning of new city launches, and monitoring the performance of our operating cities. You will identify opportunities, develop action plans, and partner closely with both field and inside sales teams to improve commercial execution and achieve our targets.


You will also lead the development of scalable processes, analytical models, dashboards, and automations, while managing and developing the planning team to ensure greater autonomy and consistent delivery.


This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, turning complex data into clear priorities, actionable insights, and impactful business decisions.

Role Responsibilities


  • Lead the end-to-end planning and performance management of new city launches, from target setting to post-launch monitoring.

  • Develop and monitor KPIs for expansion, commercial performance, and city maturation, identifying risks and opportunities.

  • Translate business data into actionable insights and clear priorities for Field Sales and Inside Sales teams.

  • Structure and scale the inside sales operating model, including workflows, tools, service levels, and performance routines.

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and other cross-functional teams to build and execute performance improvement plans.

  • Lead the development of dashboards, analytical models, and automations that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Manage and develop the Planning team, ensuring clear ownership, greater autonomy, and consistent delivery.

Role Qualifications


  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Planning, Sales Operations, Business Planning, or related areas.

  • Experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into measurable goals and actionable plans.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, intermediate SQL, and advanced English.

  • Experience with BI and AI tools applied to automation, analytics is a plus
