We are a startup inside DiDi.
We are building a completely new logistics supply model for food delivery in Mexico — not optimizing something that already works, but figuring out from scratch what should exist. Everything here is 0 to 1: the partner network, the pricing logic, the target system, the settlement infrastructure. Most of it did not exist eighteen months ago. Some of it does not exist yet.
That means the answers are not in a playbook. There is no team down the hall who solved this last year. You will define the metric before you can hit it, build the mechanism before you can run it, and be wrong in public often enough to learn fast. The work is genuinely hard, and the ambiguity is real — but so is the ownership. Decisions here are made by the people doing the work, and they show up in the numbers within weeks.
We have the backing of a company that operates at scale, and the pace and freedom of a team that is still writing its own rules. That combination is rare, and it is the reason this team exists.
We are looking for people who want to win — who are drawn to unsolved problems rather than defined ones, who move fast without getting sloppy, and who would rather build the system than work inside someone else's. If you have ever looked at a broken process and thought I could fix this if someone would just let me — this is that job.
Come build it with us.
