Team Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven leader to join our Regional Pricing team and help shape the future of courier pricing strategy across the region. As a Pricing Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for designing the pricing strategy and value proposition by courier type, balancing efficiency, supply performance and courier perception. You will lead a team focused on transforming high-level business priorities into scalable pricing strategies, reward architectures and strategic initiatives across countries and cities. In this role, you will work closely with Marketplace, Budget Strategy, Product and other cross-functional teams to drive better decision-making, improve our pricing capabilities and ensure strong execution. We are looking for someone with a strong ownership mindset, excellent analytical skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities


  • Lead and develop the Pricing Strategy team, setting clear priorities, ensuring strong execution and building analytical and strategic capabilities within the team.

  • Define the pricing strategy by courier type, ensuring the right balance between efficiency, supply performance and courier experience.

  • Design and evolve the rewards architecture, defining the role, target population and interaction of different pricing and incentive mechanisms.

  • Own the courier value proposition from a Pricing perspective, ensuring that earnings structures and incentives are competitive, clear and sustainable.

  • Identify and scale efficiency levers, translating learnings into clear pricing principles, methodologies and playbooks across markets.

  • Partner with Marketplace and Budget Strategy teams to translate business and financial targets into actionable pricing strategies at country and city level.

  • Influence senior stakeholders and leadership, using data and business insights to drive alignment on key pricing decisions and trade-offs.

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related field.

  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience, with a strong track record in Pricing, Strategy, Growth, Marketplace, Operations, Consulting or similar roles in tech or fast-paced industries.

  • Previous experience leading teams, with the ability to set priorities and develop talent.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear business decisions and strategic recommendations.

  • Experience designing or managing pricing, incentive and value proposition strategies is highly preferred.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across multiple teams and senior leadership.

  • High ownership, business judgment and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environment.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

  • Advanced english level.
