#LI-HybridWe are looking for an Operations Analyst to support the performance, cross-functional processes, and day-to-day operations of our business ecosystem. This role plays a key part in bridging commercial execution, CRM marketing, and Key Account Management by streamlining workflows, managing campaigns, and transforming operational data into actionable partner insights.
The role combines CRM execution, process design, partner support, and performance tracking, with strong exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and external business partners. It is an excellent opportunity for someone analytical and operational who wants to develop influence, process ownership, and management skills in a dynamic environment.
Map and optimize operational processes: Design, document, and refine workflows across car rental partners, BD, and sales teams to eliminate bottlenecks and provide full visibility into execution stages.
Execute CRM campaigns & communications: Manage end-to-end setup and dispatch schedules in our CRM, monitoring delivery, engagement, and conversion metrics while supporting driver journey builds and landing pages.
Enable Key Account & Partner routines: Support the Key Account Management team by building and updating weekly reporting decks, data packages, and performance insights shared directly with car partners.
Manage marketing briefs & partner assets: Draft creative briefings, coordinate updates for campaign artwork, and ensure marketing assets align with strategic partnership goals.
Support CRM system transition: Assist in data mapping, workflow alignment, and operational execution during the migration to our new CRM platform.
Drive partner onboarding & governance: Coordinate routine sending of NDAs, handle contract submissions in internal systems, and organize documentation to guarantee smooth partnership go-lives.
Direct operational & sales dispatches: Extract, segment, and route daily target lists to internal sales teams and external BPO partners to support daily operational performance.
Relevant experience: Background in Business Operations, CRM Management, Partnership Operations, Key Account Support.
CRM & Marketing Ops proficiency: Practical experience managing CRM tools, setting up campaign dispatches, tracking user journeys, and managing landing pages or asset briefings.
Process mapping & optimization: Solid ability to design operational workflows, create standard operating procedures, and improve cross-departmental handoffs.
Key Account & Stakeholder support: Experience preparing executive decks, partner-facing performance reports, and collaborating across BD, Sales, and BPO partners.
Data analytics & visualization: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (and basic SQL or dashboard tools) to evaluate sales funnels, conversion rates, and operational KPIs.
Contract & documentation management: High attention to detail for managing onboarding workflows, NDAs, and contract submittals accurately.
Ownership and adaptability: Highly organized project manager mindset, capable of balancing multiple operational routines, partner requests, and fast-paced timelines.
