Team Overview

As a Food Campaigns Senior Analyst at DiDi, you will design, optimize and measure promotional programs across DiDi Food to drive GMV growth, improve consumer retention and increase merchant ROI; your work will produce measurable uplifts in order frequency, average basket value, and campaign ROI. You will join the Growth & Campaigns team within DiDi Food, where your insights and execution bridge product, marketing, and operations to scale highly targeted campaigns across hundreds of cities and millions of users.


Role Responsibilities


  • Analyze campaign performance and customer segments to identify high-impact opportunities, delivering weekly and monthly performance reports that show lift in orders, retention rates, and cost-per-acquisition.

  • Design and test lifecycle and acquisition campaigns (discounts, bundles, vouchers, push/in-app messaging) end-to-end, managing experiment setup, sample sizing, and statistical validation to achieve predefined KPIs such as incremental orders and ROI.

  • Partner with product managers aand strategy teams, coupon logic, and real-time allocation mechanisms that ensure campaign scalability and maintain budget efficiency across regions.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated alerts for campaign health, and budget pacing to ensure timely optimization and minimize overspend.

  • Develop forecasting models and scenario analyses to influence quarterly planning and budget allocation for promotional spend across market tiers.

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, operations, merchant ops) to ensure smooth execution and knowledge transfer of best practices.

Role Qualifications


  • A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience; a master’s degree or formal training in analytics is a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in campaign analytics, growth, or CRM within food delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace environments at scale.

  • Strong SQL skills with experience building reproducible analyses, A/B test frameworks.

  • Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard tools and experience operationalizing metrics for cross-functional teams.

  • Solid understanding of unit economics for food delivery  and experience optimizing promotional spend against these levers.

  • Excellent problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and stakeholder-ready presentations.

  • High ownership, strong communication skills, and experience leading cross-functional execution in fast-moving, multi-market environments without close supervision.
