Central Operations Team unlocks and allocates financial resources across SSL Mobility — by market, by function, and over time. Business Planning Team is the pillar that decides how the operational budget is distributed and what targets come with it.

As Business Planning Strategy Manager, you will own resource allocation across the portfolio and the methodology behind it. This is a senior individual-contributor role: you'll be an independent owner of decisions that shape where the business invests, anchoring one core market end-to-end while holding the portfolio view that keeps allocation consistent across all of them.

• Own budget allocation across markets and segments: build the case for where investment goes, defend it with a model, and stand behind it through the cycle.


• Build the methodology, not just the allocation: design the frameworks and decision rules that determine how budget is split, turning recurring judgment calls into a repeatable mechanism others can run without you.


• Set and cascade operational targets: translate financial commitments into market-level targets that are ambitious, consistent, and genuinely owned by the teams carrying them.


• Run the quantitative diagnosis behind investment decisions: size the opportunity, quantify the trade-off, make a clear recommendation.


• Operate as an independent OKR owner: drive your workstreams end-to-end and facilitate execution across functions without formal authority.


• Partner across Operations, Growth, and Finance: your outputs are their inputs.


• Raise the bar around you: share cases and guide more junior analysts. You will lead projects, not people.

• Education: Bachelor's in engineering, economics, mathematics, data science, business, or a related quantitative field.


• Experience: ~5+ years in strategy, business planning, BizOps, or FP&A at a tech or marketplace company, and/or top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity. You have personally owned a planning or resource-allocation process end-to-end.


• Analytical depth: Strong quantitative background with real modelling ability. Advanced Excel and SQL are the floor; Python or BI tooling is a plus. You know the difference between a number that is correct and one that is decision-grade.


• Problem solving: You can take an ambiguous, high-stakes question, impose structure on it, and produce an approach others can follow and challenge.


• Influence: You can carry a recommendation to senior leadership and to local market teams in the same week, and be persuasive with both.


• Work style: High ownership and proactivity. You deliver on time at quality without being managed, and explain complex things clearly to people.


• Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
